- 01What does 'research use only' mean?Every product on this site is intended for use in a controlled laboratory setting for research and analytical purposes. Nothing here is approved or intended for human or animal consumption.
- 02How do I reconstitute lyophilized research material?Lyophilized research material is typically reconstituted with bacteriostatic water for laboratory handling. The specific volume depends on the concentration your protocol calls for. Always follow your laboratory's SOP and use appropriate PPE.
- 03How should I store the material?Lyophilized material is stable at -20°C in the original vial. Once reconstituted, keep it refrigerated (2–8°C) and use within the timeframe called out in your lab's SOP. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
- 04How is the material tested?Every lot is submitted to an independent US analytical laboratory for HPLC purity and identity testing. The certificate of analysis is uploaded before the lot is released for sale.
- 05When will my order ship?Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on a business day ship the same day, packed for temperature stability. Weekend orders ship the next business day.
- 06What payment methods do you accept?We currently accept Cash App, Venmo, Card / Bank (ACH) and Bitcoin. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. Choose the one you prefer and follow the instructions displayed for that method.
- 07How do I know my order went through?You'll receive an order confirmation once your payment and order have been successfully submitted, and tracking information once the order has been processed and shipped.
- 08What if I sent the wrong amount?Contact orderxenolabs@proton.me with your order number and we'll help you top up or refund the difference.
- 09How do I read the COA?The COA shows the tested lot number, the analytical method (HPLC), the reported purity, and the identity result. Match the lot number on the COA to the lot number on the vial you receive.
